My favorite Negroni recipe this Christmas morning:
1 oz Plymouth Gin
1 Oz Campari
1 Oz Dolin Vermouth Rouge
Ice
Stir in a mixing glass
Serve over ice with an orange peel and enjoy
A Negroni is more than just an aperitif. It’s a small gift to yourself, Christmas in a glass. It’s a small promise to be kind to yourself this year. It doesn’t have to be a gin cocktail. Some might say the negroni was the friends we made alonog the way this year.
Or maybe you just need gin to deal with family during the holidays. That’s ok too.
